Corcoran Construction Corp. has been in the luxury homebuilding and land development business in the metro boston area since 1986. Although we build both custom and speculative homes, all of our homes are carefully planned & built with the same care and attention to detail. Most of the homes pictured on this website were designed and built “on spec”. See our for sale page for a current example.

We begin each project with the help of an architect who visits the home site and has first hand knowledge of the both the land and the surrounding neighborhood. Builder and architect work together to tailor each home to its environment so that our houses fit the land and our neighborhoods have a cohesive design scheme.

Over the years we have developed a reliable network of expert craftsmen, most of who continue to work on our projects year after year. We have also developed a track record of building beautiful homes for very satisfied homeowners.
